Simply Swimming is always here to assist you in your purchases, which includes returns and exchange items. If you need to exchange or return an item/items you may do so within 30 days of the date on the receipt. Items must be in original packaging, with tags still on and must be accompanied with your receipt.
All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that has been damaged, mistreated, no tags or has no receipt (i.e. improper fit, usage, washing and/or drying or material flaws from zippers, lotions or the pool deck).
ONLINE ORDER RETURNS:
If you are returning or exchanging an online order, you are responsible for returning shipping costs. In your return/exchange, please fill out and include our Returns & Exchange Form.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed once it has been delivered. Please keep in mind that we do not keep credit card numbers on file. We will contact you should you need a refund.
CUSTUM ITEM RETURNS:
Custom apparel and swim suits CAN NOT be returned or exchanged. Please review the order and/or call Simply Swimming to insure that the proper size has been ordered. For most teams, we have sample sizes in store that you are more than welcome to come try on to insure the correct size.
TECH SUIT RETURNS:
There will be NO refunds issued for technical suits. Due to the nature and design of tech suits, Simply Swimming is only able to accept returns on tech suits that have been UNWORN, have the original packing, hang tags intact, and within 30 days of purchase date. If the suit is damaged, worn/tried on, or outside of the 30 day return, Simply Swimming will not accept the return or exchange of the tech suit. All clearance technical suits are FINAL sale.
