Simply Swimming does not take returns or exchanges on any custom-printed team suits or apparel. We facilitate an opportunity for our teams to fit their team suits and apparel either on site or in our store. If you are unable to be at the fitting, we carry samples of suits and apparel in our store until your first order's closing date. Please make time to stop in to size your suits and apparel before ordering to prevent sizing issues. Samples of apparel may not be available for second team orders as the samples have been used to fulfill previous orders.
Simply Swimming DOES NOT ship items out to individual customers. We deliver your suits and apparel to your team's apparel representative for them to deliver to you or set up distribution at their discretion. Our e-commerce system requires you to enter both a billing and shipping address to process your credit card payment. It is a limitation within the e-commerce system and credit card processor we utilize. We apologize if it causes any confusion.
